By commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service.The client may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. The client may print or publish the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.The artist may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. The artist may use commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes.Refunds will not be given upon completion of the commission. Full refunds will be given if no work has been started on the commission at the time of refund request. 75% refund at the Sketch stage. 50% refund at the Lineart stage. The artist is allowed to cancel a commission at any time, and the appropriate refund will be given based on the amount of work already done. The artist may refuse to accept a commission for any reason.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission in any use of the training, generation, or any related function of Artificial Intelligence image generation ("AI Art" or "AI Images"). Use of the artwork for any advertising, function, or profits associated with AI image generation is strictly prohibited.Payment is in USD up front. I will not accept cryptocurrency as payment. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis; work will not proceed past the Sketch stage until payment is made in full.All commissions require a visual reference for the character in question! Visual references refer to a reference sheet, previous commissions, or photo if the subject of the commission is a real life person/pet/etc - pretty much a reference that shows the subject or character complete and whole as they are supposed to be depicted. Commission requests where the reference is a worded description, collection of pictures, moodboard, or other such methods will not be accepted unless the commission in question is a Character Design!

I will quote you your final price.When requesting this commission option please provide as much reference material as possible! The more reference material you provide, the more quickly and accurately I will be able to design your character to your character to your liking.Small revisions are free! You give me your character, and I have creative freedom! I tend to use this commission option as an opportunity to experiment with new styles and brushes, or to refine my skills. Results are varied, and no revisions are offered. You are welcome to suggest a tone or general situation, but it is not guaranteed that I will utilize the suggestion.
